Form Factor Fitness provides personal training, fitness coaching, and related health and wellness services. Services may be delivered at client’s home, in a designated facility, outdoors, or virtually as agreed between the client and Form Factor Fitness.

2. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for consulting a physician before starting any exercise or fitness program. Form Factor Fitness assumes no liability for pre-existing health conditions or injuries. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees for services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session or program start date. Accepted methods of payment will be indicated upon booking. Packages or memberships purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in our fitness services, clients agree to voluntarily assume all risks involved. Form Factor Fitness and its trainers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of participating in fitness sessions or using fitness equipment.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to act with respect and courtesy toward trainers and other clients at all times. Form Factor Fitness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the website, including images, videos, text, logos, and other materials, is owned by Form Factor Fitness. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
